((The Sedona Pointe Apartments are treating people Bad. I had after 4 years an apartment lease that I was forced to not be renewed because I was kicked mout of Mexico being worth $35 Million Dollars. And since Sedona Pointe Apartments is a Mexican company they suported Mexico Stealing everything so they Put a credit demand against me for $370 and they told me they were paid for doing it so if I even paid for it they would not take it down. I went to the Pima County court house and put a demand against them and was given a $969 dispute to collect and was told they would remove the credit demand. Now years later they have not paid me or removed the credit problem so we are going to the court house again. Another 6 renters said they would support these websites listing the disasters when they left the Apartment complex. I had my trailer stolen by a previous owner in the locked gate opened for him by the manager to take it from me. Then I took Mr. Moots the previous trailer owner to court and he started paying me for his disaster years later. I was told by the apartment manager she unlocked the gate for him to remove it from my truck in the locked back yard without contacting me. When I told the manager I was going to put up 10 websites because of this and other items she said to my son and I, "Do it Great and make it 15 websites so now it will be" )) Then a drug using resident stole my daughters Saturn locked in the yard and when it was recovered by the police they had Gary's towing and salvage take it to their yard. I paid Gary's towing for towing it and storing it then a manager helped me move it outside to avoid being charged more. Because it did not still have a license plate on it. I had to contact the DMV Boss to get a legal plate without having it tested which took a week. Then the Gal working at Gary's Towing and salvage said, "They took it and salvaged it when it was parked out side the property." Now I am Sewing Gary's towing and Salvage for what they did illegally. Then Garys towing has not allowed my Pima court trial to be done correctly for years. They have even put up a website www.GarysTowingTotalDisaster.com. We were told the Garys company paid the Pima Court house to dismiss the thefts so Garys could get Rich.

Pointe Apartments is a Mexican Company working in the USA to take you
down like being in southern Mexico.I Had two drug people cause me problems
at the apartment and the Sedona Pointe Manager support thim doing what they wanted to make my being there miserable.
The manager said the reason why the Sedona Pointe Name on the Building was gone because of a bad weather caused problem.
She said they would be correcting it but the sign has been down now for
many years because the way they are treating people is very bad.

Manager Madness Here is the car that I made an agreement with when he
was parked in my space. They had put a sticker on his window and when
the office was closed rather than create a problem and he was in my
spot I made an agreement with him. Since he had received a sticker for
parking in my space number 65 that I paid for I wrote him a note that there
should be no problem for me to park in his his space 66 and we could exchange.
We both could move so no problem between us.
I was told by the manager we could not do that when she was not the office. She told me she would have me towed at $260 expense if I was not in my spot that night. Dammed since I could not move into my spot and dammed if I did not move into it even though it was occupied.
There was a car that had to be moved out that night. The owner told me,
he was in a wheel chair so I helped him. With my jumper cables I started his
car, but the head gaskets were in bad shape therefore it would not move. I then put my tow rope on it so I could tow it outside the property.
Probably was my problem also because I did not have the Managments permission to help him either.
One day I spoke with her in Spanish telling her that Mexico had stolen over 35 million dollars from me when I lived
in Mexico for over 20 years. She threw her hands up saying, “that did not matter to her” and then told me to never speak to her in Spanish again.

NOW I FILED A COURT CASE AGAINST THEM BECAUSE THEY FILED AN ILLEGAL CREDIT CARD CASE AGAINST ME WHEN I WAS FORCED OUT, AND THEY SAID THEY MAILED IT TO MY ADDRESS THAT THEY KICKED ME OUT OF SO I WAS NOT THERE OR NOTIFIED. WHEN I SAID THAT WAS NOT LEGALLY DONE THEY SAID, "NOT IMPORTANT WE ARE BEING PAID FOR WHAT WE FILED AGAINST YOU SO EVEN IF YOU PAY US THE $370 DOLLARS WE FILED ILLEGALLY AND PLACED THE CREDIT DEMAND AGAINST YOU WE WILL NEVER CANCLE THE CREDIT DEMAND WE PLACED AGAINST YOU SO GO TO HELL. NOW I AM PAYING A CREDIT COMPANY AND AN ATTORNEY TO FORCE THEM TO STOP IT BUT THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT AND I HAVE PAID OVER $960 AND I CAN NOT BUY THE HOUSE I WAS PROMISED TO BUY. THEIR ILLEGAL BAD CREDIT DID IT SO THEIR DISASTER IS MAKING LIFE MORE EXPENSIVE AND DIFERENT SO NOW WITH THE PIMA COUNTY COURT HOUSE I HAVE FILED A DEMAND AGAINST THEM. THEIR ILLEGAL PROBLEM HAS STOPPED ME BUYING A HOUSE SO THE JUDGE WILL HAVE TO HIT THEM HARD TO FORCE THEM TO CORRECT IT. SEDONA POINTE MANAGER TOLD ME YES TO PUT UP 15 WEBSITES EXPLANING THIS ILLEGAL ACTION TOWARD ME BY THEM PUBLICLY AND THEY WOULD LIKE IT SO NOW SEE THIS FIRST WEBSITE SO NOW YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU WHEN YOU ARE THERE AT SEDONA POINTE APTS.
